The school of fishing is pleased to present Phil Rowley as our Stillwater instructor for all School of Fishing's stillwater courses and programs.

 Phil is extremely well known in the fly fishing industry as the top Stillwater guru. Phil's Stillwater journey started many years ago when he and Brian Chan started to explore the many lakes with in the Kamloops regions of British Columbia, BC. 

Both Phil and Brian essentially pioneered this fishery to what’s its become today.
